Final Table set for EPT Copenhagen

The final table for EPT Copenhagen has been set. From the 423 players who entered the tournament we have finally played down to the final nine. Originally eight were to play the final table but at the end of play today it was decided that nine would go through.

In first position is Francesco De Vivo holding 2,073,000. The average stack is 1,394,333 with five players above the fold. In second place is Morten Guldhammer on 2,033,000 and in third is Roberto Romanello with 1,551,000.

In related news 16 players cashed today taking home between 80,000 DKK and 215,000 DKK.

Team PokerStars PRO Peter Eastgate finished in 22 and takes home a cool 80,000 DKK. PokerStars Qualifier Paul Szyszko who just missed the final table secures 215,000 DKK for his troubles.

Tomorrow the final nine will take their place at the final table. Play will begin at 2.00pm local time and we will play down until we have reached a new EPT Copenhagen Champion and winner of DKK 3,675,000 (approx. €493,700).
